How much does it cost to access videos on BioResource Hub?

BioResource Hub is free to join and you can watch a selection of our event recordings for free as well. Subscription costs apply for other event recordings; these costs are displayed on each video. If you are a student or employee of a BioMelbourne Network member organisation, you can access our paid videos at member prices. If you are not a BioMelbourne Network Member, the subscription price applies.

What payment methods do you take?

For public access (free accounts), we offer credit/debit card payment only. For site licenses, please email bioresourcehub@biomelbourne.org for more information.

How long will my subscription last?

Your free account will never expire. Subscriptions to individual video titles are for 3 months from purchase. Free videos can always be accessed.

What is a site license and can I get one for my organisation?

A site license gives you access to all videos on BioResource Hub on an annual basis, instead of paying for individual videos. Yes, you can organise site licenses for your organisation. Contact bioresourcehub@biomelbourne.org for more information.

Do you store my personal information?

We do not retain personal information about you on BioResource Hub, including credit card details. When you subscribe to a pay-for-view video, an external global service provider will process the payment.
