Consultation on Reforms in the Medical Devices Regulatory Framework

On 2 November 2010, the TGA released a discussion paper on proposed reforms to the medical devices regulatory framework.
The paper addressed Recommendation 8 of the Review of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) in Australia released in February 2010.
The TGA invited submissions, views and input from all interested parties by close of business on Friday 17 December 2010. A total of 77 submissions were received. More.
