Established in 2002, the Alfred Medical Research and Education Precinct (AMREP) is a research and educational partnership between Alfred Health (incorporating The Alfred hospital), Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute, Burnet Institute, Monash University, La Trobe University and Deakin University.
